Flooring Repairs & Refinishing
Not every problem needs a full replacement. Squeaks, water damage, worn finishes — we repair what can be saved and match what can't, so the fix disappears.

Repairs that blend in
A squeaky board, a water-stained section, or a worn finish doesn't always mean starting over. Targeted repair — done with the right material and stain matching — costs a fraction of replacement and, done well, is invisible once finished.
We'll tell you plainly when repair is realistic and when it isn't. If a floor genuinely needs replacing, we'll say so rather than patch something that won't hold.
What we repair
Water damage restoration
Removing and replacing damaged boards, repairing the subfloor beneath.
Squeak correction
Re-securing loose subfloor and boards to eliminate noise.
Stain & material matching
Sourced and matched so repairs disappear into the existing floor.
Finish touch-ups
Spot refinishing for worn areas without redoing an entire floor.
Repairs suited to East Texas causes
Between seasonal storms, slab leaks, and humidity, water damage is one of the most common repair calls we get across the region. We identify the actual source before repairing — a repair that doesn't address the cause just fails again.
Ground movement from expansive clay soils is the other frequent culprit behind squeaks and unevenness, especially in older homes. We address the subfloor and structure, not just the visible symptom.

Can you match my existing floor?
In most cases, yes — we source matching or closest-available material and stain-match on site. Very old or discontinued products are harder to match exactly; we'll tell you honestly what to expect.
Should I repair or replace?
If damage is localized and material is matchable, repair is almost always cheaper and faster. We recommend replacement only when damage is widespread or the subfloor is seriously compromised.
Can you fix squeaky floors?
Usually — squeaks typically come from a loose subfloor or fasteners. We re-secure the structure and, if needed, refinish the surface so it's solid and quiet again.
How fast can you respond to water damage?
We prioritize water-damage calls since delay makes the repair worse — reach out and we'll get someone out to assess as quickly as we can.
